1. Consultation & Conceptualisation
Start your bespoke journey by sharing your ideas. Whether it’s a slight adjustment to an existing piece or a completely new design, our team works closely with you to understand your vision. You can provide details like size, color, finish, material, and inspiration images through our bespoke form.
2. Design & Refinement
For Level 1 adjustments, we present mock-ups of the proposed changes for your approval. For Level 2 new designs, our designers create detailed sketches or 3D models based on your concept. We collaborate with you to refine every detail, ensuring the design meets your expectations.
3. Craftsmanship & Production
Once the design is finaliaed, our skilled artisans begin handcrafting your bespoke piece using high-quality materials and traditional techniques. We keep you updated throughout the process. Upon completion, your custom piece is ready for delivery.
4. Next-Day Delivery & Aftercare
After rigorous quality checks, your bespoke furniture is carefully packed and delivered to your home with our next-day delivery service. We offer installation if needed and provide guidance on maintaining your piece to ensure it remains in pristine condition for years to come. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Process
The two Types of Bespoke
Type 1
This category includes making slight adjustments to an existing Leather & Down’s furniture piece. For instance, you might choose a different style of knobs, select an alternative wood finish, or replace the current fabric with a new option. These modifications allow you to personalise the piece while maintaining the essence of the original design.
Type 2
The second type allows for a completely new creation based on your original design. You can submit a distinctive drawing, and we will evaluate if it can be crafted in wood. This design should be noticeably different from our existing collection.
