We advise getting back to us as soon as possible to ensure your claim is handled promptly. Claims can be submitted via our website's live chat.
If items are damaged in transit, please contact us with photos of the affected parts. For flat-packed items, it is crucial to check all parts upon delivery before attempting assembly, as replacements may not be available.

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, subject to approval by our Returns Team. This service includes free collection of the defective items, with applicable terms and conditions. Ensure that the product remains in its original packaging to facilitate the return process. To initiate a return, email our team with up to four images of the damaged product and packaging. Please do not tamper with the product, as this may affect the outcome of your return request.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not comply with our policies. Any refused items will be sent back to you, and additional postage charges will apply.

Returns must be sent via traceable postage, as we cannot issue an exchange or refund without the items. We strongly recommend using traceable methods for all returns.

Items are subject to availability checks upon ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are unavailable or delayed. If an item cannot be supplied, we will issue a refund and offer store credit as an apology for any inconvenience.
