Is your furniture made from real wood or veneers?
Everything we make is constructed from 100% solid timber, primarily sustainable solid mango wood. We do not use cheap wood veneers or plastic laminates. This means your furniture has a natural weight, durability, and a genuine grain structure.
Why does the wood finish look slightly different to the online photo?
Because we use 100% natural solid wood, every piece carries its own unique variations in grain patterns, knots, and shading. Furthermore, natural timber reacts to the specific lighting in your room. This individual character is a hallmark of genuine, handcrafted furniture rather than a defect.
How should I care for my solid wood furniture?
To maintain the natural beauty of the timber, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth and wipe up any liquid spills immediately. Avoid placing your furniture directly next to severe heat sources (like radiators) or in direct, prolonged sunlight, as this can cause natural timber to dry or warp.

Because our living room pieces are heavy and built from solid timber, we do use standard DHL parcel couriers. We work with specialist furniture couriers who handle large items with care. Do I need to measure my space before ordering?
Yes, please carefully measure your entryways, front doors, hallways, and any tight corners or stairwells before purchasing. Because our furniture is structurally solid and often arrives fully or partially assembled, you must ensure the piece can physically fit into your home.
What is your return policy, and why do I need to keep the packaging?
Because our solid timber furniture is handcrafted to order, we do not offer returns for a change of mind if a piece simply does not fit or suit your space. Can I cancel or return a bespoke order?
No. Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are built completely from scratch to your individual specifications. Once production begins on a custom piece, the order cannot be cancelled, amended, or returned.
